Just because I might be a little older. I still have what it takes and get the job done.
It is the consistency that matters when it comes to working out and being healthy. It has to be part of your lifestyle, not just a one day emotional day at the gym. It is simply what we need to do everyday and we need to enjoy it. If we do not keep our bodies healthy we can not give the lord 100% as we will physically not have the energy to do so.
